HMM (Her Monthly Membership) was founded on the idea that hygiene awareness is extremely important, and that convenient and affordable hygiene products should be a available to all women. We are a family owned and operated company built on the premise of comfort, confidence and discreetness, because let’s face it no one needs to know.
Can I cancel at any time? Are there any contracts?
Choice is important to us and if you’re not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your subscription at any time!
How does your package system work?
Our products are offered on a membership basis, so you can get what you need when you need it all for a low monthly price. We at HMM care about our members and we do our best to provide top quality products!
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship within the continental United States. Stay tuned for updates.
Will people know I'm getting feminine products in the mail?
Quality products delivered are right to your door. Inside the mail carrier will be a package that’s discreet and that keeps your products free from contamination. Because of the discreet package, you can take it with you when you’re on the go – care free!
If I choose every other month, will I get charged for the month I don’t receive a package?
No, you only get charged for the month you were sent a package.
How do I change my box contents and by when do I need to make the changes?
Log into your account and click on subscriptions on the dashboard, click the view button next to the subscription you are wanting to change, then click change monthly sizes. You can change within 24 hours of your initial order. If you want to make changes from month to month, you must make the changes 24 hours prior to your next payment date. If you find that anything is incorrect on your email confirmation, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will be glad to help you get it corrected.
How do I update my address and payment information?
Log into your account, then click address on the dashboard, and then the edit button on the address you are wanting to change.
It is the same for changing your payment information. Click on the payment method button on the dashboard, and then add or remove your payment method.
How do you use and share my information?
I’m not satisfied with the product. Can I return my order for a refund?
We’re sorry that it didn’t work out! Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. But your future subscription can be cancelled (just make sure you do it at least 24 hours before your next payment date).
How often should I change my Tampon?
How often should I change my Pads?
On the days when your flow is heavier, you may need a more absorbent pad. Lighter days a regular or light pad should be fine. No matter what your flow is like, to keep from bacteria growing and causing an odor, we recommend changing your pad every 3 or 4 hours.
Are your products FDA approved?
Her Monthly Membership (HMM) and it’s partners are registered with the FDA, and are regulated to FDA standards when it comes to our products, as is required by law.

Our tampons are made up of cotton and viscose fibres with a non-woven cover with a plastic applicator.
