How often should I change my Tampon?

Because tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), we recommend that tampons be changed every 4-8 hours.  Do not use tampons overnight, or for more than 8 hours.

How often should I change my Pads?

On the days when your flow is heavier, you may need a more absorbent pad.  Lighter days a regular or light pad should be fine.  No matter what your flow is like, to keep from bacteria growing and causing an odor, we recommend changing your pad every 3 or 4 hours.

Are your products FDA approved?

Her Monthly Membership (HMM) and it’s partners are registered with the FDA, and are regulated to FDA standards when it comes to our products, as is required by law.

What absorbency levels are your pads/liners?

Our pads are absorption rated:

Regular: 100ml

Ultra Thin: 10ml

What absorbency levels are your tampons?

Our tampons are absorption rated:

Light: up to 6g

Regular: 6-9g

What are your pads made out of?

Our pads and liners are made mostly of chlorine free fluff pulp, which are long fiber softwoods that are “fluffed” to help make the material soft and absorbent.   Our pads and liners also include a bamboo charcoal negative ion/anion chip.  This chip helps balance PH value, promotes metabolism, improves immunity and inhibits the survival and duplication of virus and bacterium.  The bamboo charcoal helps with absorbing blood clots, moisture and mildew, prevents odor, provides natural oxygen, inhibiting bacteria to keep you fresh!  Active bamboo charcoal also can release negative ions which can promote blood circulation and warm womb for better health.

What are your tampons made out of?

Our tampons are made up of cotton and viscose fibres with a non-woven cover with a plastic applicator.
